If you want a relaxing and peaceful getaway, while enjoying the beautiful Lake Huron beach and it’s famous sunsets, then this is definitely the cottage for you. If you would rather be loud, noisy and just want to party, then I ask that you please look somewhere else as there are many long term residents in this area.

We've recently renovated our basement to create a stylish, modern, cozy and quiet guest suite. There is a side entrance that opens directly onto stairs taking you down to the unit. It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. With extensive sound-proofing!

Southcott Pines is nestled in the forest on the shores of Lake Huron between Grand Bend & the Pinery and is an idyllic oasis with winding streets, an extensive tree canopy, walking trails and a private beach with a sandy & shallow shore line. Its also within walking distance to restaurants, groceries, coffee shop/bakery, bike paths, hiking, dog friendly beaches & the amenities of Grand Bend.

Summer Cottage/ 3 Bedroom Bungalow

Enjoy your getaway in beautiful Grand Bend Ontario! Summer bookings in July and August are Friday to Friday weekly bookings ( 7 night minimum). The bungalow is comfortable and spacious. It is perfect for families, couples and small groups. Situated next to Pinery Provincial Park where you can enjoy a long hike on the numerous trails amongst the tall trees, birds and wildlife. If you just want to stay in, the cottage comes with a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor BBQ and entertainment area. This cottage can accommodate up to a max of 10 adults and 4 children.

It is a 5 minute walk to a private sandy beach for fun in the sun and beautiful sunsets. Cottage has lots of natural light including a beautiful 3 season sun room which has open air screened windows to enjoy your morning coffee in or your evenings bug free. Summer 2025 availablility: Aug 17th to 20th (3 Nights)
