Please read the entire description and other things to note before booking. This beautiful newly renovated flat is located in a quiet neighbourhood, just a couple minutes drive from the TCH. (Exit 20). It is PET FREE …with no exceptions. Our flat is designed for 1 or 2 adults (only) and is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. We pay attention to detail and are close by to provide any assistance we can to assure our guests have the perfect stay.

This modern 2 BR house is a beautiful spot to enjoy the many things summer/winter has to offer. We are just meters from the Exploits River, kayak launch, the boardwalk, trestle and the track. We are also walking distance to the arena, ballfield and the Knights of Columbus. Grocery/liquor store and Tim Hortons is close by. If you need to be in Grandfalls for Dr's appointments or just to go shopping, it's just a 15 min drive away. A home away from home!

Just minutes from the highway, exit 22, and ideally located on the Exploits Valley River, well known for its beauty and great salmon fishing. Kayaks or canoes can access the river from the backyard. Walking trails, trail bed, local chinese restaurant, bakery, gas station, drug store, Tim Hortons, sports bar and boat launch are just minutes away. We are also just 10 minutes away from Grand Falls-Windsor.

This property has proven to be our most loved location in Grand Falls-Windsor. With larger beds- one king and two queens- there is lots of room for a group of six to sleep comfortably. Excellent for atvs or snowmobiles as we are located alongside the Nfld trailway. Also, it’s just a ten minute drive to Grand Falls-Windsor for shopping or doctor’s appointments.
