A newly renovated 4 season home on French Lake located in Lakeville Corner only 30 mins from Fredericton. Relax, unwind and enjoy the beautiful views and peaceful atmosphere during your stay at Sand Point Lakehouse. Once you're done dropping your bags, head to the boat house, grab a life jacket and a kayak, canoe, peddle boat, SUP, or fishing rod and head down to the water followed by a fire, and enjoy s'mores! Winter months, ice fish or skate! *Camping Trailer MUST be requested in advance*

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful “Maquapit LAKE HOUSE.” A beautiful lake view oasis with private beach access, dock, fire pit and grill 4 Acre corner lot with a vast green lawn and almost continuous breeze The home is handicap accessible. We provide 2 air mattresses as well as the 2 large queen bedrooms. A fully equipped kitchen, and separate dedicated work space. The large lounge has three couches and a large big screen TV, opening onto a handicap accessible deck.

Lake Side Hideaway

Enjoy a fully equipped 35.5ft 5th wheel trailer on private lot with King master, bunkhouse with 3 beds, 2 full bathrooms and A/C. U shaped dinette and loveseat sofa; propane 3 burner stove and oven; appartment size fridge, microwave, toaster and Keurig coffee maker. The outdoor kitchen offers a mini fridge, ice maker, air fryer, sink, storage space and a 4 burner BBQ with side burner. The large wooden deck has comfortable seating with a propane fire table; table and 4 chairs.

The Silo Spa @Tides Peak

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable farm escape. This 18’ silo located on our farm boasts a cedar sauna and hot tub, smokeless fire pit, pizza oven and outdoor kitchen and outdoor movie theatre for unforgettable summer nights. No hiking trails are located on property yet. There are some wooded trails across the road and in Gagetown Village. 10-15mins away.
