We disinfect/sanitize between guests. We also have a portable commercial Ozone Generator that is run between each visit. We are located in a beautiful country setting on eight acres of rolling hills. You will experience beautiful sunrises and amazing sunsets. For star gazers this is the place for you! 1175 square foot lower level walk out 2 bedroom apartment with full kitchen and full bath. Located just 15 miles south of Traverse City. My husband and I live in the upper level of the home.

Leelanau Secluded Tiny House Northport

Newly built tiny house 2 miles south of Northport. Nestled in the woods overlooking a pond and surrounded by an organic vineyard/farm. Short walk to organic winery, 5 min drive to Northport, 15 min to Leland, and 20 min to Sutton’s Bay. Many beautiful beaches close by! Sleeps 4 total, 2 on a queen sized bed in loft and 2 on a futon on main floor. There is running water inside, hot & cold, but there is not a toilet or shower inside. Outside is a very clean portable restroom and outdoor shower.

We are minutes away from Traverse City, wineries, breweries, multiple beaches- including the Sand Dunes, Leland Fishtown, Empire, Suttons Bay, and many hiking and biking trails. After enjoying the sights of Northern Michigan come back to retreat and recharge in the privacy of your own home.
