This new construction with cottage home connected to a large garage is centrally located between Traverse City and Elk Rapids. This cottage is designed with your comfort in mind. The Little House has 2 queen beds and 3 twin beds, as well as a pull-out sofa sleeper. The home is furnished with hardwood floors throughout, central air, and open concept kitchen, dining and living area

Spacious open, quiet, private, surrounded by trees. At the end of a dead-end road only 1 mile from Traverse City's West Bay, and in a quiet wooded area with wooded trails. Close to downtown Traverse City (1 mile), TART trail (.5 mile), Sleeping Bear Dunes (20 miles). Private access and designated parking area. Sleep with the windows open (not in the winter, please) and listen to the owls, wind rustling through trees, and enjoy nature without light pollution. Great spot for bird watchiing.

The Carriage House at White Fence of Suttons Bay is a truly unique vacation property. The Carriage House at White Fence is a small and quiet property which has been meticulously renovated. The guest suite is artfully done with privacy, quiet and magnificent views of the bay kept in mind. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with seating areas throughout including private decks on the beach. Although we love pets and children, the carriage house suite is not designed for either.

The deck has sweeping views of the vineyard and offers one queen bedroom, a kitchenette with small fridge and microwave and a sitting area.
