Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families. You have your own private deck with a beautiful view of the valley and hours of bird watching with full use of the pool and hot tub. Our property has a basketball court. There is an outdoor Weber gas grill available.

Mim's Place is a special place where all are welcome. Grandma Mim and Grandpa Pat built our little country farmhouse in 1940. It is a modest peaceful home surrounded by cattle and alpaca farms. Quail, dove birds and big horned owl are seen daily. Enjoy the sunrise over Horse Heaven Hills or the remarkable sunset as it falls over Mt. Adams. Only 3 miles away is Vintners Village, home to over 12 wineries and and great food. Prosser boasts over 35 wineries and is home to many wine events.

High Prairie Tiny

This rustic tiny house has french doors on both sides that open up to the woods, and to the pasture. Enjoy the fresh air and get cozy. Nearby to COR Cellars and Syncline, the Klickitat Trail along the Klickitat River is great for hiking and gravel biking, and of course - the Columbia for wind surfing and kite boarding. Wifi can be spotty. An additional tiny house is on the property. Approx. 100 ft away. Host lives on site. Caution: house has many levels. Be mindful when you enter!

The Cottage at Sugarloaf Vineyard

Sugarloaf Cottage is a beautiful 3 bedroom cottage located in a very private setting on a Hilltop in the center of one of our vineyard's. Open concept home with outstanding views of the Yakima Valley and Cascade mountains while only 10 minutes from Yakima and all services. There are several wineries within 5 minutes' drive. The cottage is in an area frequently used by road and mountain bikers and hikers. You will be welcome to walk the vineyards and around sheep pastures on the farm.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Surrounded in the heart of Washington’s apple orchards. Summers are filled with arm loads of fresh fruit with a wide variety of local fruit farms, hiking, local farm to table restaurants, wineries, and brewery’s. In the colder months we are about a 45minute drive up White Pass for skiing and snowboarding. Exploring Mount Rainer isn’t just for summer adventures. It’s beautiful all year around.
