Welcome to our quaint apartment nestled in the wooded area of Sweet Acres in Gorgeous Prescott, Arizona. This tranquil setting is sure to be conducive to rest, and renewal. Although it's a short 5-7 minutes from Downtown, It is a great place to retreat for some time away from the bustle of city life. It is a perfect stop for those weary from travel days. Given that we are in the woods, cell phone reception in the area can be spotty. However, wifi is strong and can be used for social media calls.

Orchard Vacation Home

This pre-fab home was built in 1984, but completed an ultimate renovation in 2020. The home has central heating & air conditioning, plus two mini-splits to supplement. The home is only 1.5 miles from downtown, and is central to all Prescott attractions including the rodeo, lakes, hiking, museums, Whiskey Row, and shopping. As you can tell from the photos, the home has undergone a complete renovation with new drywall, flooring, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, doors, appliances and furniture.

A few minutes from tons of hiking and Goldwater lake for fishing and kayaking. At over 6,200 feet of elevation enjoy the fresh air and cooler temperatures. Equipped with a full size refrigerator, induction cooktops, oven/air frier, dishwasher, microwave, dinnerware, drinkware & utensils. Also provided are kitchen, and bed & bath linens. This one bedroom one bath was fully renovated to perfection. (an additional guest or kids can sleep on the couch if needed).
