Carriage House Cottage

This is a fully furnished vacation rental. It is located close to downtown Silver City in the historic district. It is perfect for a short stay or a longer term stay. It is both cozy and functional for our guests. Accommodation is intended for 4 adults or 2 adults and up to 4 children. Any adults desiring to book with more than four can do so upon request and a $20.00 per person per night fee will apply. Dogs allowed. We do charge a $20 fee per dog per stay, pay to host after check in.

NAN Ranch Gardener's Cottage

Upgraded in 2015, this cottage has one bedroom, a full kitchen with dining space, sitting area with full-size sofa bed, and a vintage-style bathroom with cast iron claw-foot tub/shower, and back porch with a big view. Many guests love the gardener's cottage for its cozy, private, atmosphere. The bedroom is furnished from the NAN owners' parents' bedroom, and the kitchen table and other furnishings in the cottage are also family pieces. We hope you are as "at home" here as we are.

Casa Loma: cabin, hot tub, mountains, peace/quite

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. The Casa Loma is one of the very few mountain getaways tucked in the tall pines of the Gila Wilderness. This two-story house offers two living spaces. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large patio for lounging and taking in the distant cliffs of the wilderness and the hummingbirds. Take in the amazing fresh pine air with your morning coffee. Enjoy the star filled skies at night while soaking in the covered jacuzzi.

Heart & Wings Retreat: Hummingbird (1stFlr)

Two friendly dogs will welcome you to this serene and comfortable retreat center. This is one of three fully self-contained rental units under the same roof. Ideal as a base to explore the town or the Gila wilderness. Rooms are colorfully decorated and wildlife is abundant. Hike from the house or relax on the front porch. We welcome guests age 13 and above.

Tranquility Nest

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This upstairs unit has its own outside entrance. You will be within walking distance to Western New Mexico University, the Historic Downtown, the Botanical Garden and Boston Hill. Our private yard has a hot tub and a grill available for you to use. You are welcome to park in our driveway.

Enchanted Casitas “ Deer Lodge”

Centrally located, you are with in walking distance from downtown about 4-5 blocks. Lots of hiking trails and outdoor festivities. Enjoy being able to BBQ on your private deck and after a long day relax in the hot tub. At night you can roast marshmallows by the fire pit and do a little star gazing.
