John Day Chalet

The Chalet is 1000 ft. above the valley and town of John Day Oregon. Great view of the town and valley to the east and Canyon Mt. to the south. grant county chamber of commerce is a great source. (downtown - turn left at light or online) All linens and towels etc are changed after each rental. Open the drawers and cabinets to see where everything is. (Paper towels above the Fridge) Any issues, best to call directly with number provided by airbnb. (Texts may not be seen for a while)

Days Gone By

Adorable rustic cabin, built in early 1900s, in the small country town of Dayville. Close to gas, groceries, and great food. The national fossil beds are are just 10 minutes away. John Day river is just a short walk away. Hunting, fishing, hiking, biking, or just relaxing are to be found here. But if you are afraid of bugs and spiders, just be aware that, despite spraying with Home Defense regularly, there are still those pests. It's a 100 year old, plus cabin.

Stellar Cabin

Wake Up to Wedding Cake! Stellar Cabin can be your private hideaway. Soak in the wood fired hot tub and gaze up at a blanket of stars. Cook a steak on the grill, make dinner in the fun cook shack and sit around and watch evening come. John Day Fossil Beds are close by. Hike Blue Basin, swim in the river or dig for fossils! We are out of range for most cell service, but it's close by. Wifi available at host house if needed! And pets are welcome!
