A free transient boat slip is available with each rental. This is a perfect getaway along the mighty Mississippi River! Have fun with the entire family or a group of friends in a quiet peaceful setting. The cabin sits on 2 acres and attaches to 8700 acres of public land that is open to hunting, hiking and abundant with wildlife which makes this property great for the outdoor enthusiast. The property is 6/10 mile from a public boat landing where you can fish, kayak or canoe the Wisconsin River. There are multiple parks relatively close that offer excellent hiking trails. Direct access to miles of ATV/UTV trails.

Cozy Cabin by the Pond

Primary guest must be 21+ Quiet country location to relax & enjoy. Just 9 miles west of Dubuque, near Wineries, Heritage Trail, Sundown Mountain Resort. Primary guest must be 21+ to book. Cozy cabin & 1/4 acre pond. We're sure you’ll love this space as much as we do. Not suitable for children under 12, we strictly enforce no children or pets, and must be 21+ to book. Outdoor space, gas grill, gas fire pit. Fully stocked cabin, with breakfast items included for you to enjoy at your leisure.

This house sits right across the road from the Mississippi River and is waiting to welcome you home to relax and enjoy all the area has to offer. A private boat dock is included and is just a few hundred feet away. The public boat ramp is just a few minutes up the road. A fish cleaning station is located on the back of the house. The location is perfect just north of Prairie Du Chien along highway 35 in the Gordons Bay park. State inspected and licensed!

Situated alongside the Mississippi River, wildlife abounds in every season. With eagles nesting nearby, there is always something new to see from the beautiful sunrises, cruise ships passing by, and watching the commerce of the barges and railroad right out the front window! This home has been recently refurbished and sits at the edge of our 15 acres. You can see us and visit with us if you like, or you can maintain privacy 10 acres away!
