The lower level boasts of 2 bedrooms with bathrooms, a cozy living area, kitchenette, dedicated workspace and separate entrance. The back patio has heated flooring; making the winter months bearable for outdoor activities.

The Guest House

Included on this farmhouse property is a patio & furniture, picnic table, fire pit, BBQ, and lots of open yard. Guests have full use of the house, including the kitchen, which is fully stocked with glassware, dishes, utensils, cookware, dishwasher, and coffee & tea. Beside Exeter Golf Club/The Barn Restaurant. 30 min drive to Grand Bend. 2 min drive to hiking trails, Ironwood Golf Course & Exeter. You will have lots of privacy as each house is well spaced away from each other. This luxury cottage has it all and is steps away from a beautiful Lake Erie beach. Locally, St. Thomas and Port Stanley have plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, breweries and local museums for you to explore!

Relax in an A-frame Cottage over looking a stocked trout pond surrounded by trees. 20 acres of trails. Fish swim, kayak or canoe in the pond or creek.
