Recently updated suite (with kitchen) in a historic home. Private entry, furnished with modern tasteful stylings. Has a smart TV and smart lock all connected to Internet. No pets please. Very convenient to I-5, great for both travelers and medium length stays. Ideal for traveling nurses. The city of Grants Pass and surrounding area is beautiful. This spot is located at the base of the mountain, and only a few blocks to downtown. Hot tub and laundry room amenities are exclusive for guest use.

Yurt on the Applegate

Relax along the banks of the Applegate River. Enjoy a soak in the outdoor wooden hot tub or a swim in the river. Fall asleep in the comfy queen bed and enjoy the quiet of the country. We are about 15 minutes from downtown Grant's Pass and close to the Applegate vineyards. The cabin is very eco friendly, with an incineration toilet, on demand hot water, tucked into the woods. pets are welcome but please don't sneak them in. I need to be aware they are here and clean up after their stay.

Newly remodeled 1910 cottage a few short blocks away from historic downtown! 1 bedroom and 1 loft both featuring brand new queen beds.The cottage is only two miles off of I-5 and within walking distance to some of the best restaurants, bars, and shops downtown has to offer. The living room features a 60in HDTV. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, glassware, pots and pans, a keurig and many other commodities . The Outdoor area includes a grill, picnic table as well as a fire pit. No pets.

Cozy Detached Guest Quarters

Guest room is detached from main house and has half bath with shower. Wet bar has microwave, small fridge and place settings for two. Short drive to hiking/mt bike trails in Cathedral Hills; close to Applegate vineyards and to downtown restaurants! We are an active family who enjoy our yard and open our home to meet new friends. Cozy Jacksonville Cottage

This cozy, rustic one bedroom cottage (325 sq. ft.) is just a 15 min. walk from downtown Jacksonville (3/4 mile) and 30 min. from Ashland. It has private parking, on the property. The owner is happy w/ pets in the cottage, but needs to know in advance that a pet is coming (maximum 35lbs) too. There isn't a full kitchen but it has a kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave, hot plate and coffee maker, so cooking basics won't be a problem. Relax in the outside patio in the summer.

Our place has just been remodeled. It is close to public transport, the city center, and family-friendly activities. We are within walking distance of a store, and a great restaurant.
