It's very hard to find this huge and private space. The suite is over 850sft. More than half acre backyard, basketball court, bbq. Gym on the first floor. This suite is fully furnished with a comfortable kingbed (newly added soft mattress topper). Livingroom has table and chairs, microwave and instant pot for tea or coffee. Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!

South Oak Cliff Tiny Guest House

Small studio-size guest house on large, quiet, wooded property. Privacy and kitchenette make this non-smoking hideaway perfect for multi-night stays. Convenient to downtown Dallas and the southern Dallas suburbs. Kitchen has mini-fridge+freezer, coffee maker, microwave. Coffee, tea, cutlery & basic food prep and storage items are provided. Queen bed with memory-foam mattress. Fold-out foam chair for additional sleeping space. Half-bath with shower & toilet.

Antiquing: downtown Denton or Mckinney Tx. Or just hang out and relax. How about some fishing. Enjoy the firepit with friends.
