E' dotato di una cucina moderna ben attrezzata, due camere da letto matrimoniali (+ divano letto in soggiorno), balconcino vista lago e bagno. This beautiful apartment is located in Gravedona ed Uniti, on the Northern upper West side of Lake Como, one of the most beautiful places in Italy. The apartment is located on the first floor of a 3 floor villa made up of a sleeping/dining area. Starting from January 2023, a tourist tax of 1,50 Euro per day for each guest of the property shall be paid.
