Brand new waterfront house

Red Gables is a brand new home located on a large trout pond continually fed by a fresh flowing creek. The outdoor deck practically touches the water, with fish jumping and cranes in the distance...perfect for fishing, paddling, or floating. This getaway has floor to ceiling windows overlooking the water. With quick access to the ocean and the Olympics, Red Gables is centrally located for amazing day trips in every direction. The house shares the property and water with two RV pads.

King Suite Cabin walkable to the Lake!

This spacious king suite bungalow is less than 400 walkable yards from Lake Kokanee. Access pass to Lake Cushman also included. Take the canoe out and enjoy paddling on the lake up to a beautiful waterfall or cook a meal in the fully stocked kitchen. Basketball, volleyball, covered BBQ area, horseshoe pit, sand box, playground, boat launch, fishing dock all located lakeside.
