The Saltbox was originally built back in 1940, but given a full face lift for its new adventure! Our cottage is dog friendly and located between Ocean Shores and Seabrook, about a 15 minute drive to each. Whether you're looking to enjoy the sound of the ocean from the balcony, a cozy fire down in the pit, game nights with the family, or a quiet space for you and your pups, we hope you'll find it here. 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom high bank waterfront home located on 1 acre at the south end of Lake Cushman. Home is in a cul-de-sac surrounded by trees with a private dock near the boat launch. Breathtaking views of the Lake Cushman and Olympic National Park from both floors, wake up to look at Mount Ellinor across the lake. Located less than 10 minutes from Hoodsport and 20 minutes from Staircase Campground in Olympic National park and minutes from hiking in the National Forest.

Lake Cushman Cabin---Trees, Water and Mountains!

The cabin is located 15 miles west of Hoodsport near Lake Cushman. It has a great sense of privacy and sleeps six comfortably. Relax on the large deck in the middle of the Olympic Mountain range. You have opportunities for day-hikes, fishing and water activities at local private park. Lodging includes a guest pass to a lakeside park, complete with a barbecue pit and a dock. Note: we only accept guests with excellent Airbnb histories and do not allow parties or weddings.

Whether you're a winter storm watcher, fisherman or surfer, our location is ideal.

Sword Fern Cabin is the quintessential log cabin nestled among tall pine and cedar trees in the Lake Cushman Community. Built in 1968, it's been lovingly remodeled and has three bedrooms, vaulted ceilings in the living/dining area, granite kitchen counter tops, custom spiral staircase, high speed fiber internet, A/C, BBQ and deck. Enjoy access to community parks with lake access, the Olympic National Forest and the town of Hoodsport. Bring your dog with you!
