We offer a cozy apartment with a private bathroom (with a washer-dryer), bedroom and kitchenette. The kitchen is of course fully equipped with dishes and electrical appliances. The sleeping area consists of a queen-size bed, storage space, a shelf with smart TV, Wifi, dining area ... The apartment is well located, it takes about 5 minutes to walk to the main train station. The city center of Graz is in walking distance. Size 30 qm. We speak German, English and Bosnian.

Sehr zentral gelegene 50m² Wohnung mit eigenem Garten und eigenem Parkplatz im Innenhof. Die Wohnung wurde im März 2024 komplett generalsaniert und neu eingerichtet. Fußläufig ist die Stadthalle (Messe) und der Jakominiplatz (zentraler Öffi-Knoten) in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Direkt bei der Wohnung ist zudem eine Straßenbahnstation, die direkt zum Hauptplatz und weiter zum Hauptbahnhof fährt.

Unsere Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Schlafzimmer, geräumigen Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad und getrenntem WC. Vom Wohnzimmer aus sieht man in den Rosengarten des Cafés mit dem besten Frühstück der Stadt.
