The balcony room has seating for 4 people, a kitchenette and also 2 single beds. The balcony is on the sunny side and you have a wonderful view of the Modriacher Kircherl! Each room is equipped with a small refrigerator. At the hotel entrance there is now a vending machine called Seppl which is ready for you around the clock with chilled drinks, snacks, tobacco products and much more. There are also another bedroom with infrared sauna and bathroom in the basement. The best part however, are the garden with terrace, fire pit, trampoline, the balcony and the big roof terrace overlong the hills of Graz.
