Kalgan Retreat -Pet Friendly holiday accommodation

The beautifully appointed 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Chalet is located on a semi-rural property, only 15 minutes from Albany CBD. With everything a family could need. We are a Pet Friendly retreat with plenty of room for your pets to run and play. A short walk through the property you will find the Kalgan River, where you can kayak with the family. We have plenty of kayaks for you to use free of charge. We have a few friendly farm animals including Nigerian Dwarf goats, horses and an alpaca.

The Peaceful Chalet

Our lovely chalet is ready for you to enjoy. A beautiful light private space tucked into the stunning bush with large deck area to relax and enjoy the surroundings, and kangaroos. Only a short walk to town and the river. All the conveniences and comforts to make your stay amazing. Enjoy nature and have breakfast with the Kangaroos on the deck overlooking natural bush. It comfortably accommodates up to four adults, bunks are for children only. The block is 5 acres and has another house as well.

Luxuriate in your private spa looking out over rolling paddocks with lambs, kid goats, kangaroos and a woolly alpaca. Explore walking trails through 170 acres of old growth forest. Have a BBQ on your veranda, or glass of wine by the fire at night. This is cabin 2 of three very large, identical chalets on Airbnb. NB- On external platforms like this we restrict reservations to 12 months in advance.

Billa Billa Farm Cottages

We have four, spacious and very comfortable self-contained 2 bedroom cottages. Each cottage can sleep up to 5 people. 1 bedroom with a king size bed and the other bedroom with 3 single beds, all bedding and bath towels are provided. A fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, microwave and fridge. A wood fire located in the open plan lounge room and dining area and a private verandah with an outdoor setting and barbeque overlooking the dam and valley.

This is a bespoke home with a character and charm of its own-a wonderful holiday home that allows itself to be a great Winter and summer destination . Chalet Moma is a 5 minute walk to Boomer Beach which is great for body boarding and surfing and a 15 minute walk to Horse Shoe Bay where its fantastic for swimming, jetty jumping, stand up paddle boarding and just relaxing on the sand.

Our cottage is nestled between magnificent karris on the banks of the Wilson Inlet offering lovely water views in a tranquil bush setting. Take a break, come and enjoy the fresh air and relax whilst watching the abundant bird life from your private deck – see Pelicans soaring above, wrens, finches, parrots and much more in the grounds of the property.
