This luxurious and modern lodge has all the conveniences you could want, beautifully decorated with high fibre wifi, private parking with a ramp access to the large veranda looking onto Waterloo Lake. The kitchen is open plan with a built in microwave, electric fan assisted oven & hob, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washer/dryer &large american fridge freezer. The unique bedroom has a double bed with a smart TV, leading to your very own dressing room and large bathroom with Bath & walk-in shower.

This log house and its Hot Tub & Sauna are totally private and are accessed by hard farm tracks with electric gates via Park Farm.

Lodge at Holiday Village, Billing Aquadrome NN3

Whether you are on holiday, taking a break or working away, we welcome; solo travellers, couples, families, trade workers and dogs to our comfortable, home from home, lodge. Surrounded by nature and a wealth of wildlife, the lodge is located in a quiet area of the holiday village. If guests want to take advantage of the facilities (see below) then a scenic walk along the river will take you to the main hub. A pub/restaurant & shop is just outside the entrance to the village.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place, in the heart of Wootton village. Close to the local pub that serves great food with a friendly atmosphere. Excellent location to the business park, Brackmills and 10 minute drive from Northampton train station. Lovely’s walk down to Delapry abbey which hosts various events throughout the year . Greylag Cabin at Marston Lodge

Greylag is a luxury heated lakeside cabin, designed and built on our farm. Curl up under a cosy throw on the super comfortable double bed (400 thread count sheets), or choose from seating areas inside, on the deck overlooking the lake, or by the fire pit with its inbuilt barbecue. Browse the internet using our fast broadband. Your own luxury shower room and toilet is a short walk away. As well as Greylag we have another cabin, Mallard (also on Airbnb).

Mapel hut farm stay with hot tub

Step into nature and enjoy a night in Mapel hut which all the creature comforts, tucked into the wood block on our working farm. Enjoy a dip in the hot tub while watching ponies graze or toast some marshmallow while watching the stars. Mapel hut enjoys a bathroom unit with hot shower, sink and eco toilet. Please jot the toilet unit is shared with our other hut (holly) that is our private hut and not currently on Airbnb.
