Welcome to our cherished second home nestled on the serene shores of Lake Wateree in Liberty Hill, SC. This oasis, set on a sprawling 1.2-acre waterfront estate, is a haven for those seeking a blend of tranquility and comfort. With gentle, shallow waters at your doorstep, it's a paradise for kids to splash around and adults to unwind. While we often escape to this sanctuary for personal retreats, we believe in sharing its beauty. When we're not there, we open its doors for discerning guests.

The Loblolly Pine Room

No surprise Airbnb service fees at checkout—what you see is what you pay! A private space! Spacious one bedroom/one bath suite with a King sized bed. A separate game/entertainment room with a pool table and a single pull out bed. Small coffee/snack bar (kitchenette) area with a microwave, mini fridge and Keurig. Connected to the owner’s home with a separate outside entrance. Access to a fishing pond and fire pit. This is a very quiet and cozy space in a country setting. No smoking facility.

Pinehurst Cove Cottage

Come and relax at our peaceful cottage. Open floor plan with amazing views of the expansive cove that looks out to the big water! Enjoy the stars from the fenced in yard sitting around the fire pit or the private dock. Large screened porch with ample seating. 2 bedrooms, 1 with queen bed and attached bath. 2nd bdrm has a full bed and bunks. 2nd full bath in hall. Under home is a fun rec area with TV, bar, mini pool and Foosball. Bring the family and enjoy all of the Incl. water toys!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Recently renovated 2bed/2bath home decorated with a mid-century modern flare. Master bedroom features a king size bed with a separate sitting room furnished with a desk. Guest bedroom contains a queen size bed. Kitchen is beautifully updated with all the necessary amenities. Located in Great Falls SC home to the whitewater rafting center and convenient to Lake Wateree, this home is located halfway between Charlotte NC and Columbia SC.

The Farmhouse @ Goat Daddy's

Nestled on 66 acres with a gorgeous pond/farm view, you will find Goat Daddy's Farm and Animal Sanctuary. Our luxurious tiny house has everything you need to make your farm stay comfortable and relaxing. Guests will have access to the farm during specific hours, as well as over 2.5 miles of paths and two ponds to explore. With your feet in the sand, by a fire, in the hot tub, on the trails, or getting some goat/animal therapy, The Farmhouse and Sanctuary has something to offer for all.

ROYAL GOOSE 1- bedroom treehouse.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. The threehouse is very close to the town of Charlotte North Carolina. It is 20 minutes drive to Charlotte. My goal is to have travelers leave our treehouse with a feeling of total satisfaction. The treehouse is a little bit more than 200 ft.² and is located at the end of our property so any needs from our guest will be met in the promptly manner. It is located at the outskirts of our property , it’s private but it is not secluded.

Marcy's Place

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway surrounded by acres of wooded land and privacy. This Tiny House with porch was constructed of Logs in 2022. The outside logs are painted gray to blend in with nature. The inside is beautiful natural pine, with 3 bedrooms/1 bath/2 queen and 2 bunk beds with a loft, washer/dryer. It's conveniently located 4 miles off Interstate I 77 and 2 miles from the 1770 Historical town of Ridgeway, SC off Hwy 21 north.
