St Leonards Bay Views is a picturesque sea-side home with unobscured views of they bay, the Mornington Peninsula and Melbourne CBD on a clear day. Located 30 minutes from Geelong CBD and 1 hour 45 mins from Melbourne CBD, it is also accessible by Ferry via Sorrento and Queenscliff or the new Portarlington to Docklands Ferry, with Portarlington only a 15 minute drive around the bluff. Our family home is a 50m walk to the beach over the road, and a 1.3km walk along a trail to the town centre.

This house is a wonderful place to stay summer or winter, with gas log fire and airconditioning in the upstairs living area.
