Our new, high-quality king size bed will offer you the deepest of sleeps with quality bedding, electric blankets and a high-end lofty down doona with extra blankets. The studio offers a luxurious bathroom with walk in shower, Italian hand-made tiles and high-end finishes. Enjoy your own private courtyard to listen to the local birdlife or enjoy a coffee and your current read.

"The Lake House"...a place of relaxation

The Lake House" is on Blue Waters Lake. The unit is on the bottom level of the house with fabulous views and direct access to the lake and walking track. Infants and children are not offered accommodation due to the proximity to the lake. It consists of a modern, spacious living room with kitchenette, bedroom and ensuite. There is a beautiful garden with an outlook over the lake and an alfresco with a BBQ for guests to use. Kerrie lives upstairs. Sorry, no early check ins.☺️

The river end of Belmont (An entire 2Bedroom Unit)

Modest self-contained unit underneath a family home. This is an entire unit with 5 single beds - not as economical if you have only 2 guests. 200m From lovely river walks. 10min from cafes and shops. 10min drive to Geelong centre. All occupants are considered paying guests. This unit is not suitable for children 2 years and under. Please request a waterproof underlay for those who might need them. Note: The studio is attached to our house, you may hear general life kitchen/tv noise, but you have a private entrance and secluded easterly deck. Tennis court available to use. Dog friendly. PLEASE - dog bath before arrival and bring a towel for muddy/sandy paws.

Very spacious, self-contained studio handy to Deakin and Epworth. Suitable for couples or singles. Safe, offstreet parking directly in front of studio. A few minutes drive to Highton Village. Close to the Barwon river if you enjoy a morning run or sunset stroll. A few minutes to the ring road for easy access to surfcoast or Melbourne and a short drive to the many attractions around Geelong. Unfortunately not suitable for children or animals.

Asmara Retreat - Barwon Heads Surf River & Escape

If you are after a relaxing break in a fab coastal surf town this is it. Separated from the main dwelling Asmara offers privacy comfort & space. Very quiet neighbourhood. 3 Mins by car & 20 min walk to the Main Street, beach, river & shops.. Toaster bar fridge and coffee tea making facilities. Bbq. NOTE we are not directly in town so to avoid disappointment Please don’t book here if you wish to be close to Main Street .
