Waldeck Creek Country Retreat

Welcome to country living! We live on a serene 12 acre lot in the country just minutes from I-70 (Exit 79 E bound/Exit 85 W bound). We offer a clean and cozy lower-level apartment with a private entrance, 2 bedrooms/1 bath, snack/coffee bar with an assortment of snacks, tea, and coffee, a living room, reclining sofa, pool table, electric fireplace, RokuTV, small table/2 chairs and an outdoor patio area. We are located on a 250-acre family farm with a walking path, woods, creek, and cabin.

Rosedale Retreat

We live on a two acre lot near Rosedale Bible College in central Ohio. The apartment is a cozy, private, single bedroom apartment attached to our home on the ground level. Space includes a 3 season room, kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room, patio with picnic table, and a large yard. Breakfast items are provided. There is a beautiful nature/walking trail next to the property. In 35 minutes, you can be on The Ohio State University campus as well as the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium.

Modern Renovated Apartment - 8 Min Walk Downtown

Enjoy the convenience of all downtown Delaware has to offer in this newly renovated two-bed / 1.5-bath apartment. This unit is beautifully decorated and features high ceilings in the common areas and master bedroom, a large kitchen with custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, lots of seating for big groups, and plenty of onsite parking. Perfect for families, couples, friends, and business travelers. NOTE: This is a second floor unit.

Bedroom has a queen bed, and sofa in livingroom as a pull-out queen bed. 12 min from the Morrow County Fairgrounds. 8 min to Cardinal Shooting Center. 30 min to Columbus, and 38 min to John Glenn International Airport. No pets allowed. There are currently no horses living on the farm.

Birdsong Meadow - A Peaceful Home in the Country

We live on a quiet 5 acre lot in the country, 1 mile north of I-70 and offer a 1,200 sq. ft. lower level apartment with private access through the garage. No cleaning fee charged. Space includes 2 bedrooms (2 queen beds, 1 single bed), kitchen, living room, bath and access to the backyard. Coffee, tea and snack are provided. Stores and restaurants are within 10-15 min., 1 mile to a Columbus metro park, 20 minutes from downtown and 25 minutes to the airport.

Terradise

This is a scenic property along the Olentangy River. The Romine House offers a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bathrooms, a large living space with a quaint theme. Terradise is a property rich with natural resources and Ohio's heritage. The village of Caledonia as well as the City of Marion, are just a short drive away and offer an array of comforts for your stay. Terradise is great for a quiet getaway.

Countryside Private Dwelling

Enjoy the peaceful countryside just 15 minutes off of the outer loop of Columbus. We have a seperate guest house on our small farm with a king size master suite and queen bedroom. This guest home is completely private from the main residence and is the perfect ambience for peace and quiet. . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Off of St. RT. 23. Totally furnished for your stay. Very secure and private. Washer/Dryer, All utilities. Easy access to Marion, Delaware, Columbus. NO smoking in the house. Pets possibly. Cleaning fee $125.00 after 30 days of more. At the time of check in a photo copy of your ID WILL BE required.
