This darling little house was brought in on the train back when the tracks ran through Queen City. It was constructed in the 1950's by a real estate developer and was recently remodeled by us. If you're a small family needing to get away to a safe and cozy place, we have you covered. If you're hunters needing base camp, we are in the middle of the best hunting ground in North East Missouri.

Silver Maple Guesthouse

This beautifully renovated house has modern conveniences and historic charm. Located on a quiet side street in central Kirksville, it is within walking distance of a grocery store, drugstore, playground, and Truman University. The Circle O Lodge is located in North Central Missouri not far from historic Highway 36 and Walt Disney's boyhood home of Marceline. Families and small groups will enjoy the Circle O Lodge for its natural beauty and relaxing qualities. It is conveniently located near several local attractions. The lodge is situated on 60 acres of mixed terrain and features hardwood forests, open grasslands, 2 1/2 acre fishing pond and 15 acres of wetlands.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Rejuvenate, canoe, kayak, fish, boat and enjoy the wildlife. Newly updated, nicely decorated cabin walking distance to Hazel Creek Lake. 530-acre lake is less than 7 miles from stores and restaurants and popular with anglers and waterfowl hunters. Fishing includes muskie, crappie, bass, channel catfish, blue catfish, and carp. Deer and turkey are plentiful for viewing.

Newly remodeled interior (we are still working on the outside!!) two blocks from Walmart and two blocks from Washington Street. Good parking on and off street. Wonderful open floor plan to host a family or just a comfortable place to stay. We are going to be as pet friendly as we can but please let us know if you are bringing pets (type, sizes and number) before booking. We have carpet in the front room and bedrooms. THANKS!
