Stay at our beautiful lodge-themed private guest-house on our 23 acre farm and relax in the indoor jetted tub or the outdoor shared nine-person hot tub. Enjoy the sounds of nature and experience the truly-amazing, gorgeous, and breathtaking views with a rustic country charm that includes waterfalls, walking/hiking trails, goats, chickens and fish that you can feed, a pond with boats, a honeybee apiary, streams, gardens, fields, woods, and much more nature. Woodland Retreat, the perfect getaway from it all.

Private retreat on 45 acres, 5 miles from major highway. Salmon river 20 mins drive, snowmobile trails across the road. Private cozy cabin, queen size bed and futon. This is all one area with a private bathroom. Bathroom has full size shower, kitchen area a microwave, fridge, coffee maker and inside grill. Tea, coffee, water provided. BBQ on the front porch. Woodland trails, wildlife and privacy. No smoking or vaping in the cabin. Perfect for retreats or just being able to relax and breathe

Anne's Place

Our place is conveniently located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail (1/2 mile) for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with a farmhouse theme with our decor. We live next door and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

Come and enjoy the quiet of our newly finished country apartment! Relax and unwind in the hot tub on your private deck, overlooking the beautiful hills of Central New York. A seven minute walk will bring you to Chittenango Falls Park with it’s majestic waterfall and lots of trails. The property is backed by the NYS walking trail that follows an old rail line. The historic Village of Cazenovia is four miles away. Hillside has everything you’ll need for a quiet getaway. Good dogs allowed. No cats

Your Nest in the Woods Treehouse

Your Nest in the Woods Treehouse is a great place for adults to feel like a kid again and to unwind in the woods or down by the water! A cozy get-away for couples, or small group get together! (The Nest is not suitable children or pets). The tree house has front and back decks. Under the treehouse is a sheltered picnic table area, propane grill, and a wood fire pit and outdoor games. Hang out by the overlook and enjoy the view or follow trail down to Fish Creek water access.
