Under a minutes walk to the Atlantic Ocean side of the island. Multiple screened and open air outdoor spaces to enjoy. The rooftop deck boasts the highest view on island. An open air space to enjoy your morning coffee or sunset glass of wine. You'll overlook Bita Bay, Long Bay and White Sound. You can watch the sunrise or gauge the chop of the water. Useful in so many ways! The main level of the house boasts a spacious bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom. The open air great room has vaulted ceilings and an adjacent kitchen equipped with all you'll need to make your own meals. You can watch Direct TV or watch DVDs as you cook. Just off from the kitchen and through the French doors is a large screened porch with a table for eating and playing games. A propane grill stands ready for you to grill up your catch of the day. Upstairs on the second level is the master bedroom ~ Suite Dreams. It has a king size bed, cozy chair to curl up in and private screened porch with a view of the Atlantic Ocean. Two Bedroom, Two Bath balcony views 100% up and running post Hurricane Dorian. Hidden Turtle Cottage on Green Turtle Cay is nestled into a hillside steps away from Coco Bay and the Sea of Abaco. This secluded, comfortable house has a large yard which is nearly surrounded by a canopy of native trees. Just a two minute walk to the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean and the Sea of Abaco. HTC has a whole house automatic generator so no worries about the ice melting if the power happens to go out.

Waterfront Home - Deep Water Dockage-Private Beach

"Leeward House" is our waterfront home with canal access & dockage included(17' max beam), water & shore-power(30/50 amp) additional cost. Leeward house comes fully equipped with everything you need, a on-island manager to assist with any issues or needs you may have, so come explore Treasure cay and the surroundings islands! We have two homes that are directly across the street from one another. "Windward House" is across the street with with 200'+ of private beach at your disposal.

This brand new 2 bd., 1.5 bath well appointed cottage is just an easy 2 min walk across the street to the pristine Coco Bay. The Swamp is perfectly located in the middle of Green Turtle Cay with a 3 minute walk to the pristine white sand beaches. Built in 2024, this property offers a spacious open floor plan with a coastal organic vibe. 3 bedrooms that will comfortably sleep 6 guests and plenty of seating and space for entertaining in the dining and living area. This home is brand new construction that was completed in late 2024 and new to the rental market as of 4/2025.

Sea Biscuit- 1 bdrm w pool-central location

Cozy, central location w pool access. Sea Biscuit is the guest cottage to SeaBatical. It can be rented w the main house or separate. This listing is for JUST Sea Biscuit by itself. 1 bdrm w a king bed and a living area w a full size pullout sofa. Bunk/pool house can be added for a separate sleeping area but keep in mind that the bathroom in the guest house will still need to be shared. Please inquire for rates to add bunkhouse.
