The Rose Capital Studio is a unique and inspiring space. Rose Capital Studio features a 9ft wide ceiling-mounted 'backdrop' and movie projector which is perfect for entertainment. The space includes beautiful large windows, exposed concrete beams, and a private sauna for relaxation. As impressive as the space is, the best feature is likely our location. The studio is located right in the middle of Downtown - in walking distance from so many of Tyler’s best coffee-shops, restaurants, & bars.

Cottage in the Woods

This stand-alone guesthouse is perfect for a single person or a couple with small children who can sleep in the living room sofa bed. The oversized bedroom includes a 36" television. A second monster-sized 65" television hangs in the living room. This home features a full kitchen with 10-foot and 11-foot ceilings throughout. The indoor fireplace has a gas log. The back patio and oversized deck are all available for your use. The owner lives in the nearby house, also attached to the deck.
