This charming single family home is comfortably furnished and located in the historic village of Sayler Park, just 10 miles from downtown Cincinnati and Over The Rhine and 15 miles from Lawrenceburg, Indiana (Perfect North Slopes, Hollywood Casino, Lawrenceburg Event Center). CVG airport just 6 miles away by Anderson Ferry. The highways and ferry make is easy to get to the Creation Museum and events in Covington and Newport, Kentucky. I would love to host you! This comfy & cozy home is located in the heart of downtown Lawrenceburg and is within walking distance to everything! We have a large back yard that is great for family to hang out by fire-pit and enjoy their time away from home. There is large outdoor tv with adirondack chairs and picnic tables for relaxing. Living Room has 75' Tv- both bedrooms have 55' tv's. Large Sectional in Living room and large dining table in kitchen. Coffee bar- Washer & Dryer-Front Porch- Fenced in back yard.

Welcome to the Dunn Houses on Elm Row, we are 15 mins, from CVG Airport and the Cincinnati/N.Kentucky area. We have the quaintness of a small town, but the ability to keep you busy. You can try your hand at slots, enjoy a concert, dine at one of many restaurants/bar, or enjoy nature with the bike/walking trail or the many parks locally. Beautiful red oak floors, an efficient kitchen with new appliances, & spacious living area. The bedroom has a large closet & queen sized memory foam bed. On the 2nd floor, above the owners garage. Off street parking is available. On bus route: convenient public transportation to downtown. Close to everything in the center of Greater Cincinnati. Owner lives next door.

We are also pet friendly so if you want to bring your furry friends we are happy to host them as well, just be aware that there is a $100 fee that covers our additional cost. Seeking an escape for some peace and quiet? Welcome to The Little Cabin retreat, located on our 50-acre family farm in Ross, Ohio! Let us take you away from the distractions of life to a place where you can soak up nature in a cozy cabin, all within 30 minutes of downtown Cincinnati. You may fish in the lake if you'd like, or take a ride in the paddle boat, or simply enjoy sitting on the porch listening to the birds. Chances are, you may spot wild turkey or whitetail deer scampering by.
