We will be out of the country from 9-21 to 10-7. Our apologizes if we are delayed in responding. You have access to Adirondack chairs, an outside table with 2 chairs, and a beautiful backyard. The suite is on the same grounds as our residence with parking for 1 car including your own separate entrance. We are located in a desirable area on the SE side of Springfield close to retail, restaurants, the Battlefield Mall, Mercy and Cox hospitals, MSU, downtown, and the Wonders of Wildlife/Bass Pro.

Just a few minutes from the Ozark Empire Fairgrounds, the Bigshots Golf Experience, Cooper Sports Complex and a 15-minute drive to the Bass Pro Shops and Wonders of Wildlife. Our home is one side of a duplex. Both sides are available for rent. It has hardwood floors throughout. It is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath duplex with a 2-car garage & EV Charger.
