Tucked upstairs in this century old home is a peaceful 2 bedroom apartment to relax, unwind and enjoy a bit of get away . Your apartment will have a private entrance and on street parking. You are welcome to enjoy the firepit and outside eating on the shared deck. Nearby is CedarCliff Falls where beautiful waterfalls and hiking await you; a paved bikepath stretches for miles in both directions and three blocks from Cedarville University. A spacious private garden level apartment attached to our home in a quiet and friendly neighborhood with a peaceful creek, windchimes, flowers, large back yard, and many amenities nearby. You will find freshly washed and ironed sheets on a wonderful new mattress to provide you with a wonderful night's rest. Your pet cat or dog are important guests also. Be sure to register them. We will work hard to make them feel special and they shouldn't be forgotten.

Beavercreek has great people & dog parks, small businesses (including a fabulous paper crafting store & bakery that addresses dietary restrictions...and it's delish!), and bike/walking paths. Downtown Dayton and UD are ~15 minutes away. Come relax and recharge for your next adventure!

The Wayside

This listing is a suite with a living room, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. The living area also has a sleeper sofa for additional sleepers. It has a separate entrance, private parking, and an outside patio area with accessibility to a hot tub, beautiful yard with playground, and close to the Greene shopping area . In the refrigerator will be water along with coffee, tea and a few snacks. Whole house generator installed- no fear of power loss.
