The Red House is a newly-remodeled home located about 1 mile from Cedarville University. This is a stunning and unique home you can have all to yourself! Comfortably sleeps 7 guests. You’ll love the spiral staircase and loft, fully-equipped kitchen, luxurious king-size bed & cozy living room! We also have 2 Roku TVs with Netflix capability and cable channels. There are several outdoor spaces to relax; the back yard leads to a large fishing hole along Massie Creek. This house truly has it all!

The English Cottage - Enchanting, 1 block to town

Possibly the most charming home in Yellow Springs, one block to downtown. No expense was spared in restoring and renovating this 1800's cottage, with charming iron pane windows, original wood floors, screened porch, and fireplace. We lovingly renovated the kitchen, bathrooms and upstairs ensuite bed and bath. Two queen beds, luxurious linens, towels, fully equipped kitchen with Viking range, stainless steel appliances, & marble countertops. Not suitable for children under 12.

Ivory House by the Meadows

Relax with the whole family at this completely renovated, peaceful 1,950 square foot country get away. Three bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens). Sleeps 8 people WITH the use of an air mattress that is provided. A smart TV in the living room and another smart TV in one bedroom with a queen bed. Fully equipped kitchen, and high speed Wi-Fi. NO parties or rehearsal dinners. We know that there is a wedding venue in the vicinity and ask that all parties remain at the venue.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Just minutes from the Nutter Center, WSU, Wright-Patterson AFB, USAF Museum, and I-675 to I-70 & I-75. Beavercreek has great people & dog parks, small businesses (including a fabulous paper crafting store & bakery that addresses dietary restrictions...and it's delish!), and bike/walking paths. Downtown Dayton and UD are ~15 minutes away. Come relax and recharge for your next adventure!
