Reserved parking, private entrance. Efficient kitchen, laundry, large shower, AC/Heat. Wifi, coffee/tea provided. No shared walls. You may hear footsteps if there is a guest on the 2nd floor above. Enjoy a converted camper as your private getaway in Southern VT. Less than 10 min to downtown Brattleboro, yet nestled in the woods for a quiet retreat. Full galley kitchen and living/lounge area. Wood stove for primary heating (electric backup for not so cold days). This is a furnished home in Greenfield MA. It’s great for Deerfield Academy, Eaglebrook School, Northfield Mount Hermon, and Stonleigh-Burnham families. We’re close to Berkshire East, Yankee Candle, and Magic Wings. 3 bedrooms sleep up to 5, 2 baths. Circa 1890, our home has a modern kitchen, comfy couches, and an eclectic antique-heavy decor. The period layout with all bedrooms upstairs and the antique decor may not make our home ideal for people with mobility challenges or young children.

With a kitchen & washer/dryer, the apartment is peaceful and practical, ideal for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, great for academics needing space for contemplation or for a couple visiting family. This is an open, light-filled one-Bdm apartment on the lower level of our hillside home, surrounded by forests, with stunning views. Your space is 719 sf + access to laundry. We are fully vaccinated, and ask the same of guests. If you think you may have Covid please tell us. We welcome all kinds of people, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, etc. We may ask questions before accepting people who don’t have many prior reviews. We don't take pets, sorry.

Down town Florence Temperance Hall

Large apartment with lots of light. It has a steam shower, modern tub and close to everything in Florence. The electric assisted bike depot will be a 5 min walk coming up in late April or early May! There are 2 Airbnb’s in the building so I ask everyone to be thoughtful of others. Also there are 2 small cats that share the same entrance. They are super sweet.they do NOT go in the apartment, they say hi by the front door

One bedroom apartment with kitchenette (mini-fridge, coffee maker, microwave, dishes etc.), full bathroom with laundry, and open living space. I am an English teacher, so there are lots of books! Apartment is located in the Village of Saxtons River- within easy walking distance from the Market, Vermont Academy, our new Park, and Main Street Arts.
