Our tiny home is set aside in an older, quiet neighborhood of Nampa, ID and has a rustic and cabin-esque feel. This is a cute home and comfortable stay for either a couple of days or a couple months! The tiny home comes equipped with a private fenced in area and a small hot tub. We are located 2 blocks from the NNU campus, 5 minutes from downtown Nampa, and 10 minutes to I84 - everything you need within an arm's reach! This vintage bus, delivered all the way from England, has been transformed into a guest retreat that will leave you feeling as though you stepped abroad for a refreshing vacation. We have all the comforts taken care of. Full kitchen, full bath and private bedroom all with views! Walking paths for miles, private parking.

Walking distance to grocery stores, coffee shops, downtown Indian Creek in Caldwell, ice cream/frozen yogurt shops as well as sporting events at College of Idaho. A short 15 minute drive will land you in beautiful wine country with so many spectacular wineries to chose from.

It overlooks the river, has private parking and a private entrance. This studio suite includes a king-size bed, a kitchenette, and a private outdoor patio on the river. This beautiful home has a great central location. It has high speed internet, capable of sustaining work from home and online learning. It is only a few minutes from the College of Idaho, downtown Caldwell and it is only 6 or 7 minutes away from the freeway. There is a designated covered parking spot, in the shared driveway, with additional street parking. Groceries, shopping and entertainment are only minutes away.
