It is only minutes from the village as well as countless recreational opportunities including skiing, hiking, biking, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, paddling and much more.

A great place to get some fresh air or to stay in and take a nap. Beautiful summers for easy hikes and refreshing swims in the lakes of our local Groton State Forest, unbelievable foliage to view from small dirt roads, and tons of outdoor winter activities. Complete with the original school bell, chalk board and desks from 1901 you'll take a trip back in time when you visit! You and your family will love the quiet serenity as you sit by the fire pit and take in the views. This cozy home is perfect for your family vacation or event, couples weekend away or a friends trip. Beer, cheese, long walks in the woods & skiing! Our 180 year old little Farmhouse is close to all the rural essentials. Set on bucolic backroads, looking out towards Stowe, the little Farmhouse is a Vermont country paradise. Starting in 2026, we will be building a home adjacent to the farmhouse. The property might be a bit of a construction project in the Spring and through the Summer. *Read the “rules” section if you plan to bring a dog :) .
