Get back to simpler times in this cozy Tiny Home!!! It sits on a 5 acres, about 100 yards from the main house. It is conveniently located right Hwy 25 5 miles north of Travelers Rest, 20 mins to Greenville, 35 mins to Ashville. There are several state and city parks within a short drive. With great views of the mountains from the property, its perfect to get away and get out in nature. The main home is also listed on Airbnb as "Mountain Home Retreat", and my also be rented for larger parties.

The River House is a boutique tiny home on the river front of the Saluda with breathtaking views - just 5 minutes from Downtown Greenville! This is a perfect place to relax, unwind, and rejuvenate. Great for a romantic couples getaway, family vacation, or friends getting together to have fun. So cozy and picturesque. You will never want to leave! Located on-site at Saluda Outdoor Center with river tubing tours, 13 Stripes Brewery/Restaurant, live music, fishing and more (within season).

Secluded one room tree house in the woods

Our little tree house in the woods is the perfect place to unplug, relax and take in the nature. Cozy, rustic one room cottage. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony overlooking a winding creek and covered bridge. Enjoy your favorite beverages by the firepit on those chilly afternoons or evenings. A great romantic getaway for couples. Bathrooms/ shower are in a separate building, only steps away. 15/17 mins to Greer, Landrum for shopping, restaurants. GSP Airport is 23 mins away.

The Bike Barn ( next to Furman University)

This is a tiny house in the backyard of the hosts’ home, in a residential neighborhood located in north Greenville, steps from Furman University campus. It is a private space, with separate entrance, queen bed, small efficiency kitchen, and full bathroom. There is a Smart TV and free WIFI. There is potential for noise from campus and Duncan Chapel Road. There is parking for 1 vehicle. Please let us know if you plan to bring more than 1 vehicle. We do not permit smoking.

Craftsman Tiny Home in the Woods

Come be a part of nature here in this tiny house tucked away in the woods, but just minutes from Greer and Taylors. A short drive will get you to Greenville and Travelers Rest. With a deck that has a hot tub and open all year, you also have a private walking/hiking trail nearly a mile long trail in the woods with a creek running through it. You’re sure to have a relaxing time here at this beautiful custom built tiny home!
