Spring & fall bring chilly evenings - perfect for indoor relaxation. Cardinal Cottage is a lakeside cozy home with a spacious yard, beautiful lake views, sandy beach, and chill vibe. Three kayaks and a paddle boat are available for use in warmer months, as well as a Mr. Steak gas grill, fire pit, and outside dining set. The lake is calling!

The Loon's Nest is a unique lakefront bungalow with backyard bunkhouse. It comes with a pontoon boat, 2 kayaks, private beach & dock w/swim platform from May through late October (weather permitting). The property spreads across 2 large lots offering expansive views of Lake Wabasis; a sandy shoreline beach; and a backyard surrounded by woodlands for complete privacy. There's also an adjacent vernal pond full of wildlife that fill the area with a relaxing chorus of the sounds of nature.

Nestled within six acres of beautiful woodlands right along the Grand River, time seems to pause, allowing us to share precious moments that foster deeper connections and create lasting memories at Tree Vistas. Our Winding Springs Treehouse comfortably sleeps 6, while also being fully ADA accessible. Nestled 13-feet above ground, the Treehouse features a spiral staircase leading to the loft, stunning views of the stream and hills from the master bedroom, and many other great amenities.

Cabin in the Woods

35 private acres of forest on rolling hill terrain. Lots of wildlife nestled very close to the flat river; 30-40 minutes away from Grand Rapids. The Fred Meijer trail provides great biking or hiking opportunities. Lazy float tubing or kayaking down the flat river is very popular and only a short walk away. Horse back riding, golf courses, and an amazing local bakery all within a couple miles. And a fun sport court (basketball hoop, volleyball/badminton/pickelball net all right on site!

Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this renovated waterfront cottage has scenic views and 66' of private shoreline on Lake Wabasis. Swan cottage comes w/18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May-October, weather permitting). There is a front deck, side patio, bonfire pit & gas grill. The cottage is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced. But we supply a spiral ground stake w/cable. And a one-time pet fee is included in the total cost when booking.

Located only 40 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids you can spend your time on the lake...not the highway!

3-BR lakefront cottage on Little Blue Lake. Soak your cares away in our 5-person hot tub while taking in the serenity of the lake. Glide around the lake in one of the kayaks we provide, enjoy lakeside fires, swim or fish off of the dock, large yard for games and activities. Cook your favorite meals in our fully stocked kitchen. Carport keeps your vehicle protected. Just 30 minutes to Grand Rapids. Only dogs allowed, no other pets of any kind allowed. Max 2 dogs with pet fee.
