It's a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the interstate, parks, trails, and our vibrant downtown with cafés, shops, and great restaurants. This is the cabin in the woods that you've always dreamed of. This quiet and secluded split log cabin is surrounded by towering pine trees to keep out the noises of the world. Free yourself of electronic distractions and enjoy nature. You will see lots of wildlife as you sit in peace on the covered porch or the back deck watching the sun set. There is a game room, puzzles, board games, and more. Other locations are a place to stay when you go to your destination, this cabin IS your destination.

Relax with the whole family or some friends at this peaceful place to stay. Kayak, fish, and swim in the lakes. Sit around the fire, play yard games, rest in the hammock, or watch a movie. There are plenty of ways to keep the kids active inside and outside. This cabin includes a game table, sandbox, board/card games, art supplies, kayaks, row boat, and fishing poles. Make many memories together skipping rocks, catching fireflies, eating smores, taking in the beautiful views, and sharing laughs.

You'll love this place because of the spectacular views, horses, wildlife, fishing, hiking and hot tub for relaxing, a romantic getaway or simply just girl time. This spot is perfect for couples or solo adventurers! A unique suite is attached to an elegant vintage peg barn. Space for bringing horses, snowmobiles or ATV's since we have trails. A mile away from snowmobile trails and 25 mins from a State Park. Also, perfect for snowshoeing and cross country skiing. Fire pit available.

Daniel’s Place is the perfect spot for weekend ski trips, city biking, trying local restaurants, farmers markets, kayaking, and exploring the city of Wausau. Come make yourself at home 🙂

Explore Granite Peak Ski Area and Rib Mountain State Park, just 15 minutes away! And both Aspirus and Marshfield medical facilities are within a few miles.

The Granary Guesthouse @ Harvest Home Farm

Harvest Home Farm is located at the end of a dead end road nestled in a valley, just 4 miles northeast of Whitehall, Wisconsin, in beautiful Trempealeau County. The 160 acre farm has a long term focus on raising grass fed sheep and poultry. We also have a produce garden, a berry patch, and an apple orchard. The farm has 80 acres of mixed hardwoods and softwoods and an abundance of wildlife as well as a network of walking trails.
