No pets allowed due to my allergies. No parties. No smoking inside the house. Please leave a review of the house. Host can not control things like the roads or activities in New Orleans. There are air bnbs closer to the French quarters. The closer you are to the French quarters the more expensive.

Welcome everyone This a very clean and unique place for all travelers. It's located 12 to 13 minutes away from the historic downtown area and also 2 minutes away from the lakefront area. All appliances are brand new with tv's in each room. The neighborhood is a quiet neighborhood with alotta older people so If you are thinking about booking this spot please feel free to do so. There is a 2 night minimum stay but weekdays are available for one night, just leave a message to make arrangements.

All bedrooms located on 2nd floor. 3rd floor bonus room.

Our 3 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom home is located in the quiet and safe neighborhood of Gentilly Woods/Lake Pontchartrain. Only 5 miles from the French Quarter! Our street is currently undergoing some construction, which could limit access to the driveway. Home is spacious, bright and comfortable. Perfect if you're looking to add a little glamour to your New Orleans vacation.
