5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

Die traumhafte Lage verspricht ganzjährig viel Ruhe und Erholung, Ski-In und Ski-Out im Winter sowie im Sommer, Wander- oder Biketouren vor der Haustüre fernab von Hektik und Lärm. So kannst du den Urlaub in unserem Cottage richtig geniessen.

The cosy completely refurbished apartment in the ground floor of the "Nanihüsli" has a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, separate bedroom and living room with a sofa, TV and hi-speed Wifi.

Suchen Sie Ruhe und Erholung? Wir vermieten unser neu renoviertes Chalet in Surin, eine Aussenwacht von Lumbrein im schönen Tal des Lichts. Im EG finden Sie eine vollausgestattete Küche, eine Essecke für 4 Personen und ein gemütliches Bettsofa. Das OG bietet eine weitere Schlafmöglichkeit für 2 Personen, Dusche/WC und 2 Balkone mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Das Skigebiet Vella ist in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Nach Surin verkehrt kein Postauto!

Davos-Sertig, Ferien in der Natur

Unser Haus ist abgelegen im ruhigem Naturschutzgebiet im Sertigtal. Im Winter direkt über die schwarz-markierte Tiefschneeabfahrt vom Jakobshorn zu erreichen. Im Frühling, Sommer und Herbst genial zum biken. Wanderwege, Langlaufläupe gehen beim Haus vorbei. Busstation ist unten am Haus. Da Davos ein Kurort ist, muss eine Kurtaxe entrichtet werden. Diese beträgt 5.90 pro Tag und Person ab 12 Jahren. Die Kurtaxe wird vor Ort beim Check-In eingezogen.

Chalet Sagentobel - Erholung pur und doch zentral

Unser Ferienhaus (Chalet Sagentobel) ist zwar schon alt, aber sehr gemütlich! Der rauschende Bach und die unendliche Stille, wenn es schneit, sind wahrlich spezielle Erlebnisse im Chalet. Moderne Technik (46" Flat Screen TV, 50Mbit WLAN, Radio) und Elektro-Öfen in allen Zimmern treffen auf das Jahrhunderte alte Holzwerk mit einem rustikalen, mit Holz heizbaren Kachelofen. Mit dem Auto 15 Minuten bis Chur, der ältesten Stadt der Schweiz. Das Haus verfügt über einen Kamin, grossen Flachbild TV, WLAN und gemütlichen Wohnraum. Auf der Galerie lassen sich am Töggelikasten spannende Fussballmatchs austragen.
