Built in 1800, the house has been nicely restored, with wooden beams, exposed bricks and a modern decor that makes it comfortable and relaxing. La nostra splendida e accogliente casina è situata nell'incantevole paesino di Tereglio nella splendida valle del Serchio in provincia di Lucca a 6km dalla riserva naturale dell'orrido di Botri e a 10 km dal Parco avventure Canyon Park. La casa si trova nel centro del paese, il parcheggio si trova distante circa 60 m. Presenza di strutture ricettive. La casa è un ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare anche i paesi vicini come Barga e Coreglia, tutti e due tra i borghi più belli d'Italia.

Das Haus ist eine 500 Jahre alte ehemalige Scheune, die 1981/2020 mit viel Liebe zum Detail und Respekt für die historische Bausubstanz restauriert wurde. Der Name Casa Mandolata steht für die traditionelle toskanische Bauweise mit Lochsteinen, um die direkte Sonneneinstrahlung auf die Fassade zu vermeiden und für optimale Luftzirkulation zu sorgen.
