Exceptional, cosy, light and very large house. Lovely living-room, huge kitchen with everything a chef needs. Large walled- city garden and 4 large bedrooms. Ideally located in "West-Brabant", 45 min from the beaches of Zeeland, 30 min from Rotterdam and Antwerp and 20 min from Breda. You will enjoy our house because of the athmospheren, the light, garden, neighbourhood and comformtable beds. My house is suitable for couples, business travellers, groups of friends and families. Make a fabulous meal in the full equip kitchen, relax in the livingroom with decorative fireplace and 75inch television. Sleep in one of the sleepingrooms with airconditioning. Enjoy the outside jacuzzi, sauna or kitchen with bbq. On a subboard you can enjoy the water and nature. The cozy centre for shopping en horeca is in 1 mile. In the surrounding you can found Keukenhof, Amsterdam, Den haag, Scheveningen.

💎 Situated on crystal clear water, you find peace and fun for the whole family here in both summer and winter. You will explore the natural surroundings by boat, bike or on foot. After barbecuing, you paddle a round on your SUP through the beautiful villa district and watch the sunset from the water. In the winter, you sit comfortably with your hot chocolate by the fireplace and play board games. At the end of the day, you flop down satisfied in the hanging chair in the sunny conservatory.

Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en biedt uitzicht op het water. Met maar liefst vijf terrassen, waaronder twee sfeervolle veranda's waarvan één met een houtkachel, is er altijd een plekje om te ontspannen. De badkamer heeft een heerlijke regendouche. Op de begane grond vind je een royale slaapkamer met een kingsize bed en een 1-persoonsbed. Op de eerste verdieping is een 2-persoonsbed in een aparte open ruimte. Het grote gazon is perfect voor een potje voetbal of badminton!

Voor deze locatie heb je wel een auto nodig gezien de ligging in de natuur. Het huis is van alle luxe voorzien. Ideaal voor weekend trip of weekje(s) weg. Gratis parkeerplek voor het huis. Incl. twee supplanken om de omgeving te verkennen. Visite en feesten zijn in dit huis niet toegestaan. Dit huis heeft een persoonlijke in en uitcheck.

The centrally located Smithy is a wonderful place to hang out with your friends, family, and colleagues all year round. During the winter, have a drink by the fireplace in the spacious living room. During the summer, enjoy a BBQ in the sun-drenched garden, looking over the water. Cook together in the bright kitchen, and enjoy a delicious meal at the dinner table. The location of the historic barracks, The Ripperda, is not only beautiful but also wonderfully central.

Kom tot rust in deze unieke en fantastische splitlevel woning: veel licht, ruimte en gezellige buitenterrassen. Vanaf de vlonders spring je in het water, of vaar je met het supboard of met de roeiboot weg! Vanuit de grote woonkeuken kijk je over het water. Met een trapje naar beneden kom je in de woonkamer waar het heerlijk toeven is en sta je gelijkvloers met het water. Een level lager liggen badkamer en slaapkamers en sta je "oog in oog" met het water.
