Nerium Penthouse

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

Newly refurbished and sunny apartment is located in a beautiful classical style 1930’s villa. The apartment boasts a view of the islands surrounding Split and overlooks the unique villa garden you’ll pass through to get to the beach. Enjoy your stay on a little Mediterranean island! Spend the lazy summer afternoons in a private pool and warm summer evenings in a Jacuzzi. Note that both are shared with other guests on our property. You will be hosted by a beekeeper family on a honey farm, so you can learn a thing or two about making honey! Our apartments are furnished in Mediterranean style, air-conditioned, fitted with WLAN connection, terrace, and private parking. Located between olive trees and little stone walls.

You will find the closest public paid Parking just few hundred meters from the apartment and the Ferry port is a 5 minutes walk away.

Small Room, Amazing View, 2.5km to Trogir old town

The small room is located on the top floor & offers nice views over the bay of Trogir. You can even see Split in the distance, with Mosor mountain behind it. The Room is perfect for 2 people. Other features of the room are: Kitchenette, AC, 1 small Bathroom and a 43inch Smart TV with Netflix, etc. You can see directly out to the sea while laying down on the bed (180cm x 200cm). The balcony has a nice size. There is a table with 2 chairs and 1 deck chair for tanning.
