De studio is een onderdeel van een meergeneratiewoning die gerealiseerd is in een voormalig zorginstelling. Je hebt lekker je eigen plekje waar je kunt vertoeven met leuke koffietentjes en restaurantjes op fietsafstand. Perfecte plek als je wil genieten van de rust & de natuur, wil wandelen/ fietsen of om vanuit te werken. Je bent welkom om lekker te genieten.

Nabij het prachtige Noorderplantsoen in een van de mooiste en rustigste buurten van Groningen overnachten in een sfeervol kleurig benedenhuis. Er is een tuinslaapkamer en een voorkamer, beide met tweepersoons bedden, en een tussenkamertje waar ook geslapen kan worden. Een eigen keukentje met koffie en thee, koelkast en oven/magnetron, een eetkamer met toegang tot de intieme stadstuin vol bloemen. Privacy met een eigen badkamer en toilet. Je bent binnen 5 minuten in het centrumgebied gelopen!

A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay!

Schakel een tandje terug in deze unieke, rustgevende accommodatie bij het spiksplinternieuwe zomherhuisje. Het huisje is in 2023 opgeleverd en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Heerlijke slaapkamers, een moderne keuken, een fijne woonkamer en prachtige natuur. Er is WIFI, TV, vloerverwarming, moderne keuken en er zijn maar liefst 3 slaapkamers. Het is 1 van de mooiste plekjes aan het meer met de bijzonder mooie avondzon over het schitterende Paterswoldsemeer. Het is een zeldzaam en rustig plekje.

Deze heerlijke comfortabele woning ligt vlakbij het centrum en een groen park. Van alle gemakken voorzien; gratis parkeerplaats en het gratis gebruik van twee fietsen... Binnen 10 minuten ben je met de fiets in het centrum. Maar eenmaal weer in de woning ervaar je de rust en de ruimte. De woning heeft twee ruime slaapkamers en een werkruimte met een balkon. Twee kamers met een twee persoonsbed. Een slaapkamer met een 1 persoonsbed. Hier staat ook een bureau met een computer screen.

Large living room, very spacious luxury kitchen, 2 cozy bedrooms and a large bath. Upstairs a kingsize double bed in a cozy room with a large smart TV and an electrically adjustable single bed in a small bedroom downstairs. Supermarket less than 300 meters, nice cafes around the corner and within walking distance of the city center.

This is an ideal location to explore the georgious town of Groningen. The Noorderplantsoen (park) is just around the corner. The apartment is luxurious, spacious (appr. 75 m2) and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. Parking is possible in the neighborhood, and there is a parking garage nearby (Q-Park Westerhaven).

Come and spend the night in my spacious ground floor apartment dating from 1906 with French doors facing the garden! The apartment has its own toilet/shower and a small kitchen. You have a choice of beds, a comfortable queen size bed, single bed, loft bed and a sofa bed. The city center is close by, just like the museum and central train station. Don't hesitate to ask if you require a child's bed, or if you want to bring your dog; nearly everything is possible!

Our house was built in 1912 and has been lovingly renovated in recent years. The guesthouse is located on the entire 2nd floor, which is lockable and offers a lot of privacy. It is a bright, comfortable, spacious floor with good WiFi connection. The decor is tasteful, with a nod to the seventies. Ideal location: you can walk to the center within 15 minutes and the Noorderplantsoen is a stone's throw away. North train and bus station is a 5-minute walk.

De accommodatie, met eigen ingang, is recentelijk gerenoveerd en is helemaal ingericht voor een comfortabel verblijf. Gedurende de zomer zijn de ruimten heerlijk koel en tijdens de winterperiode behaaglijk warm. De accommodatie ligt op loopafstand ( 5 min.) van het station ( trein + bus). Met de auto is de accommodatie uitstekend bereikbaar, op korte afstand van het Juliana plein, waar de A7 en de A28 elkaar kruisen. Gratis parkeren op eigen terrein.
