Dit schippershuisje is klein maar fijn! Licht, ruimtelijk en voorzien van alle gemakken. De tuin is in ontwikkeling, maar je kunt er fijn zitten. Het historische stadsgroen ligt om de hoek en de buurt is gevuld met leuke mensen. De beste bakker van de stad is 15 minuten wandelen, de lekkerste koffie vind je op gelijke afstand en lunchen doe je bijna naast de deur. Charmante huiskamerrestaurantjes ontbreken niet in onze buurt, en Groningen staat bekend om de grote hoeveelheid gezellige kroegjes.

Wonderful apartment at 50 meters from Noorderzon

Wonderful 70 m2 apt in quiet street next to beautiful parc. City center is a 7-minute walk, busstop is just 3 min. away. The living room, luxurious kitchen and toilet are on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there is a spacious bathroom, balcony and two bedrooms. The 1st bedroom has a kingsize double bed and a big wardrobe. The 2nd bedroom has a bunkbed and a walk-in closet. The living room has a comfy sofabed for two people.
