The Blue Beach House: Main House

Sand Dollar Cottage is a lovely cottage in Witsand, a small coastal town in the Western Cape. Sand Dollar Cottage has two bedrooms downstairs and a large loft room for the kids, it was a lovely deck and sheltered back braai area for those windy afternoons. The cottage is located between the Breede River and the sea and within walking distance of both - with lovely views from the deck, loft and tree house at the top of the garden.

My place is literally bordering the lagoon, with a private jetty in the lagoon. The beach is around 1 km from the property via a scenic walk. You’ll love the place because of the quietness and view! The house is good for couples and families (with kids).
