Only 5 km from Aschaffenburg on the foothills of the Spessart I offer a modern and sunny 2.5 room apartment with own entrance. It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

Markise, Sonnenschirm, Liegestühle, Balkontisch, -stühle tragen zur Außenambiente bei. Der Maisonetteteil des Tinyhouses dient als Schlafraum! Schlafcouch befindet sich zusätzlich im Wohnbereich.

Das liebevoll renovierte Ferienhäuschen bietet auf zwei Etagen alles, was es für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Zur Ausstattung gehören eine komplett eingerichtete Küche, ein Wohnzimmer mit Sofa und Smart-TV, ein Schlafzimmer mit großem Doppelbett (200 x 200 cm, 25 cm Matratzenhöhe) und ein Büro mit Arbeitsplatz. Großostheim bietet neben diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch Ärzte, Apotheken und einige Restaurants. Durch die zentrale Lage der wohnung ist alles zu Fuss gut erreichbar.

Das Zentrum von Groß-Umstadt mit historischem Marktplatz ist 4 km entfernt, Darmstadt 24 km und Aschaffenburg 26 km. Der Bahnhof (700m) bietet Anschluss an das öffentliche Nahverkehrsnetz.

This lovingly furnished and fully equipped holiday home is located in the middle of the countryside. The floor-to-ceiling windows give a clear view of the wonderful and quiet meadow valley. Picturesque sunsets invite you to relax and dream. The fox and the rabbit really say good night here. The apartment consists of a spacious living room with kitchen, bathroom and guest toilet and up to three bedrooms. In addition to fast internet, the basic equipment also includes a satellite smart TV.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.
