A little Apartment on a farm of former times is searching there guests. It is very quiet around our house. There are only 16 km / 10 miles to Leipzig city centre. That means you can visit a beautiful german City during the day and relax on fire in the evening or having barbecue... The small kitchen has everything you will need to prepare your food. Our village Dreiskau-Muckern has around 460 inhabitants. The distance between lake Störmthal and us is only 1km. 200m away you will find a nice park to hear the birds sing or watch other animals. PURE NATURE Direct in the old surface mine you can take a ride on a quad bike. There are well prepared cycleways around here. That means you can feel free to ask us for a bicycle. Leipzig is reachable by bus or we will take our guests to tram Terminus or Leipzig main station. Altogether our accommodation is for people searching a mixture between town and village.

Individuell ausgestattete heimelige 2-Zimmer-Wohnung - ganz nah beim berühmten Völkerschlachtdenkmal. Neben einer nagelneuen voll ausgestatteten Küche erwarten Euch ein komfortables Boxspringbett (1,80 m b) im separaten Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer ein Sofa, das sich umklappen lässt zu einem Bett mit 1,40m Breite. Hier ist auch der Platz zum chillen. Gemütlich frühstücken könnt ihr in der separaten Küche. Im Garten hinter dem Haus findet ihr zwei Fahrräder für Ausflüge in die grüne Umgebung.

Das Ferienhaus hat 160 qm Wohnfläche und 5 Schlafzimmer für 10 plus 2 Personen. Es liegt mitten im Leipziger Neuseenland am Hainer See 20 km südlich von Leipzig. Kernstück des Hauses ist ein 70 qm großes Ess-/Wohnzimmer mit riesigen Fenstern, langer Esstafel und Kaminofen. Es gibt zwei große Terrassen, von der oberen hat man einen Blick weit über den See. Das Haus wurde bewusst für gesellige Tage im größeren Kreis konzipiert. Für die Kinder gibt es viele Bücher, Spielzeug und einen Spielboden.

Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe eines Parks und hat eine gute öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung in die Innenstadt und zur Leipziger Seenlandschaft. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der ruhigen Lage, Gemütlichkeit und Einrichtung, die Wohnung wurde im Mai 2016 fertiggestellt. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, alleinreisende Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern) geeignet. Wohnfläche ca. 90m² bis 5 P., 2 Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Schlafpl., Wohnzimmer 1 weiterer Schlafpl.

The city center can be reached within 15 minutes by car or with the close-by Tram that gets you to the heart of Leizpig’s downtown area within 20 minutes.

Dort finden sich zudem unzählige Lokalitäten für den Bärenhunger, tropische Erfrischungen oder natürlich lokale Spezialitäten. Die Arena und das Stadion erreicht ihr mit einem 15-minütigen Fußmarsch durch das wunderschöne Waldstraßenviertel.

Wir möchten euch gern unsere schöne Ferienwohnung in der zweiten Etage anbieten. Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und gut gelegen. Ins malerische Stadtzentrum von Leipzig benötigt ihr 20 Minuten mit der S-Bahn und 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. In der Nähe befinden sich außerdem zahlreiche Seen, die ihr mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad erkunden könnt. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa, ein Schlafzimmer, ein Bad und eine voll ausgestattete Küche.
