Fireflies begin their soft glow along the shoreline, and the water reflects the first shy stars. The cottage becomes a lantern against the darkening sky— a place of refuge, reflection, and quiet joy

Cozy & Clean Lower Level Suite

Our lower level space is designed to provide you with everything you need! It’s cozy & clean! You’ll have free street parking, your own private entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette supplied with several small appliances. Storage space is also available. Self check-in with lockbox. Tall folk beware— this is a basement space! Ceilings are 79in. Bathroom is even shorter. For cat allergy sufferers— we do have cats on main floor but they’re never allowed in the guest space. Silverstar Barn

Silverstar Barn is located on 10 acres just 3 miles south of Watertown on blacktop road. It is approximately 150 feet from our residence. Rest assure that you will be left alone to enjoy your extended or weekend getaway. We have just completed remodeling the other half of the barn turning it onto another rental. Silver star Stables has it's own entrance and both units have there own patio doors, one facing east, the other west for private outdoor seating. Both units have there own grill as well.

Our tiny yet fully appointed kitchen has everything to prepare meals or simply warm them up. Custom-built furniture and lots of color make this one of the more unique rentals in the area. If we wouldn’t use it, we don’t include it. Stay for a night or a week. We’re confident you’ll find everything you need.

Melrose Central is a ranch style, 4 bedroom home near landmarks in our community. The main floor has a kitchen w/ new appliances, living room, 2 bedrooms w/ King beds, a full bath, a half bath, & a 1 stall, heated, attached garage. Downstairs you will find an area for laundry, 2 bedrooms, a shower room & a common area. We are close to Central HS, NSU, Walmart, Target & the main business strip. Just a few minutes away from many restaurants. Pets allowed only in the heated garage.

Peace of Lake, Apartment suite, Pickerel Lake SD

Located at Pickerel Lake, one of the best clear-water lakes in northeast South Dakota, the apartment above our garage offers guests all-seasons year-round access for fishing, hunting, boating, and water recreation activities on Pickerel Lake and on other area lakes. From a keypadded shared entryway up 16 standard-incline steps to the apartment are two bedrooms, living room, full kitchen, full bath with shower, plus free parking outdoors including area for boat/trailer parking.

Cozy Country Home - Hunters Welcome

Relax with the whole family or your hunting buddies at this peaceful place to stay just outside of town. 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms. One king bed, one full bed, and 2 twin beds. The downstairs has a queen bed, 2 extra long twin beds, and a pull out couch. Everyone will have a place to sleep! It has a spacious deck with a beautiful country view. The backyard is large and contains an outdoor fenced in dog kennel. Pets allowed in the garage and outside.
