Our small apartment is on a 20 acre tree farm at the top of one of the highest hills in florida. We are perfectly situated in the middle of bicyclist heaven with many challenging hills just outside our gated property. Enjoy all Central Florida has to offer within a short drive... Mt. Dora, with its cute shops, Clermont, Choice of Champions training, Disney is less than 45 minutes away and either coast just over 1 hour. Private, just remodeled, and cozy ground floor entrance w/ 2nd floor living.

Lovely Meadow Farm Cottage

This lovely farm cottage can be found in a secluded meadowland under various oaks and pines along a natural cypress dome. Spectacular star lit night skies accompanied by hooting owls, whippoorwills, and fire flies make for an unforgettable camp fire atmosphere. Amenities include an outdoor shower, washer, dryer, barbecue, fire pit, fishing and outdoor wrap around patio. Ponds, canals, and Florida wetland host a variety of birds, mammals, fish and reptiles including the Florida gator.

You won’t regret choosing this peaceful, secluded hidden gem. 40 min. to Disney, 10 min. to downtown Clermont, Waterfront Park, the Howie Mansion and Mission Inn's world class golf courses. 15 min. to National Training Center. Home to some of Florida's only hills, this is a popular cyclist destination! *kitchenette. Not a full kitchen. *this is a private apartment attached to a home occupied by the hosts. All spaces are private. They're are NO shared SPACES, other than the driveway! :)

Features a large bedroom & bathroom, comfortable couch w/ dual recliners, plenty of closet space & storage, and a Smart TV. Kitchen is stocked with all the essentials and has a dishwasher, gas stove, refrigerator w/ ice maker, coffee maker, microwave and crockpot.

The kitchen is well equipped to cook a beautiful meal. The bathroom has a walk in shower. Downtown Clermont is at 10 min walking distance across 50 HWY. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. FWY, Studio is attached to the main house. Please be considerate and respect quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.
